LGBTQ+ at Kearney

Kearney’s Proud Network aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all members of Kearney's global LGBTQ+ community

Kearney works with the LGBTQ+ community by providing professional mentoring and sponsorship, actively engaging allies, and promoting awareness and visibility. Proudly supports the distinct employment needs of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and queer Kearney employees.

The group focuses on recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptionally talented people.

  • As Kearney Proud Network is both local and global connecting members and allies throughout each unit. The four global Proud pillars which Kearney endeavours to uphold are to drive inclusion, drive community, drive growth, and drive ally empowerment.
  • The Kearney Proud Network is celebrated locally through annual awareness training with Kearney’s corporate partner Pride in Diversity, as well as coordinating breakfast on days of significance such as ‘Wear it Purple Day’ and Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
  • Kearney ANZ is also involved in the global events which take place primarily during Pride Month (June), where there are internal and external LGBTQI+ members and allies who take us through their Proud journeys. Kearney continues to engage across several social networking sessions to continue the conversation. Kearney globally has started the Proud Academy out of Europe for our undergraduate LGBTQI+ students.
